Refund Policy

At D Star Spiritual Design, all services are bespoke and created with focused energy, time, and intention. Because of the personalised nature of our offerings, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

By booking any service with us, you agree to this policy in full.

1. No Refunds – All Sales Are Final

Payments for all services — including but not limited to:

Website design or website builds
Social media setup, strategy, or content creation
Consultations, strategy calls, and digital planning
Creative or energetic support

— are non-refundable.

This includes full and partial payments, deposits, and payment plans.

2. Commitment-Based Services

Once a project is confirmed, energy, time, and design work begin right away — even if the full scope hasn’t been delivered yet. Your payment secures your place in our creative and spiritual calendar, and ensures full dedication to your project.

3. Missed Deadlines or Client Delays

Failure to communicate, provide content, or respond within reasonable timeframes may result in project delays or cancellation — without a refund. We’ll always try to support you, but your cooperation is key.

4. Rescheduling & Revisions

While refunds are not offered, minor reschedules or project revisions may be available, depending on the service and stage of completion. We aim to ensure you're satisfied and seen throughout the process.

5. Legal & International Clients

This policy aligns with the UK Consumer Rights Act and UK GDPR for service-based businesses. International clients are also bound by this policy upon booking.
